This sample pack was put together by the founder as a guided tasting flight: each coffee in the set represents a distinct regional profile, from the clean cocoa smoothness of Brazil to the bright fruit and jasmine of Tanzania. Taste them side by side and the differences become unmistakable.

• Brazil Santos — Medium roast. Elegant, smooth, cocoa notes. From Parana and Sao Paulo, 750–1050m.

• Colombia — Medium roast. Dried orange, berry, chocolate. Medellin, Antioquia, 1300–1500m.

• Costa Rica — Medium roast. Sweet apple, raisin, honey. Alajuela, 1300–1445m.

• Ethiopia Natural — Medium-light roast. Milk chocolate, fruity, caramel. Sidama Zone, 1700–1900m.

• Honduras — Medium-dark roast. Caramel, spice, brown sugar. Marcala, La Paz, 1300–1700m.

• Tanzania — Medium-light roast. Pear, floral, jasmine, strawberry. Mbeya Region, 1200–1900m.

How to brew the set

Brew each one on the same day with the same method for a true comparison. Pour over or drip works well for all six. Use a consistent water temperature (200°F), the same grind size, and the same ratio (1:15 coffee to water). The differences in flavor will be clear.
